Dyn Site: Define org-publish sites using org itself

This file demonstrates how the relative path pointing to the css style definition for a project is automatically updated to point to the original link defined by the projects config.org definition. The document produced by org-publish from the present file uses ../css/org.css as style. It shares the same look on the browser as the other files of the project.
